There are a lot of benefits to hiring a bookkeeper.  Most business owners hire a bookkeeper when the data entry simply takes too much of their time or, in many cases, when their CPA or Tax Professional tells them that their financial records need to be better accounted for throughout the year.  In addition to reducing the amount of time that a business owner needs to spend on data entry, they will often realize these other benefits:

As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, we do all of our bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. As part of our new client set up, we will start a new account, convert your QuickBooks Desktop account or take over your current account.

We primarily work from our home office, but also recognize the benefits of getting to know our clients and their business face to face. We welcome occasional time in your offices as needed if you are local. And if you are not local, we have all of the technology needed to gather information and meet remotely!

We do not provide legal advice or do tax preparations. We do not perform manual payroll services; however, we can help account for your payroll completed through a payroll service, like Gusto or ADP, or help you get started with QuickBooks Payroll.

There isn't a 'magical' point in which you will need to hire a bookkeeper.  In general, if you are spending more than a couple of hours a month on data entry, you will benefit from our services.  And as your business grows, we will grow with you.

Short answer, yes.  Currently, we are specializing in clients located in Nebraska, so while we certainly are accepting clients from outside of the Omaha metro, we are not yet expanding our services outside of the state lines.  As we always like to have the opportunity to meet our clients in person, we would be thrilled to work with any client located in Omaha, Lincoln, Fremont, Wahoo, and all of the surrounding areas of eastern Nebraska.
